Hello, my name is Sheena
Your future Mindfulness Meditation Coach! My journey to well BEING started in 2021. Prior to that time, I was not aware that I was creating my life experience. I began my journey of self -love, healing, and intentional living which led to deeper self -awareness and my spiritual awakening. My coaching career started as a certified personal trainer and Health Coach. Helping others change their physical bodies was gratifying, however I know that any long-lasting change starts with the mind. As I have expanded, it has become clear that my divine purpose in this incarnation is to hold space for others on their journey to loving themselves, releasing limiting beliefs, and caring more about how they feel. Creating a harmonious life filled with intention, Love, & Purpose.
Greetings, my name is Kelli
So much of my life was spent attempting to get to know and love myself through relationships with others. Daughter. Friend. Girlfriend/Partner. Mother. Seeking to receive validation through relationships and external circumstances and looking to them to determine my worthiness of love. It wasn't until I became grounded in myself and allowed myself to REmember my connection to Spirit, to God and that Oneness, that I was able to Bloom and Expand. My desire to help others initially led me to acquiring a B.A. in Psychology. Through my own Expansion and Awakening, it became clear that I AM here with a Divine Purpose to serve others in a more organic and Spirit led way. As your future Intentional Living Guide, I look forward to holding space with you as you tap into the Power and Light within, reveal your path to Wholeness and begin to live a Loving, Peaceful and Harmonious human experience!
